What are the logisitics of 1 more more turkeys being added? Do they need to come with fryers, or can the fryers already listed be re-used?

That way we can get the four done in about 1.5 hours. 3minutesapoundX2per fryer=90minutes. :D :D . If we get 3 more, it would require an additional fryer.

What is the average number of lbs netted from a 13-15lb turkey?
31 people could easily eat 31lbs of meat a measly 1lb each. 2 lbs of meat per person and we're quickly at 62 lbs, that's 4 turkeys netting 15lbs of meat each, or 6 turkeys netting 10lbs each. <insert dead horse>

Last time I drank 1800 was the good stuff but I've been told there are much better available now.

My wife said we can also bring dinner rolls to go with the ham we are bringing. We will count on bringing enough for 30-40 people. Sounds like we are going to have a feast.:)
Looks like the wife, kids and I will make it. We can bring greenbean caserole or something. Todd call me and let me know for sure. We are booking Tickets for Shelly for the 28th to Atlanta. Looks like Shelly will be going solo.

I'm assuming we'll need forks and such to be civilized right? So I can bring the following: Utincils, The pumpkin cheesecake and a turkey. A 15 pounder should be a able to fit in the fryer correct? If so that is what we'll grab. I still need to find someone in the SD area with a truck that wants to tow my quads. I have a trailer and all....Anybody??
Can't wait till turkey day!!!!
