Buildup Date Change

After careful thought about how to drum up more support, we have consulted with our Vendors and our changing the date and location of the physical build up to 3/4/2005 at TDS. This change was made for a variety of reasons, the main one being it allows us to enjoy the greatest amount of publicity (during and after the build) while tickets are still on sale. There will be onsite media coverage from online (Pirate4x4), print and television.

We are committed to the rest of the plan which is to raffle the vehicle on 3/22/2005 allowing the new owner to make appropriate plans. Tickets will be available until 3/21/2005.

<font size="5" s>The Winner will still be the honorary leader up Wrecking Ball on Saturday at the Jamboree</font s>

I have sent an email to all persons who have already purchased tickets. Please contact me if you have concerns.

We thought about this long and hard, and just felt we had the repsonsibility to our Vendors and the Charities that we support to make this everything it can be.

We would like to thank the members of the Tierra Del Sol 4 Wheel Drive Club for welcoming us to their event. We will be executing the buildup on the opposite end of Vendor row from Registrations.

I think the only Benders allowed to take this rig out on a shakedown run will be Air Ride and desertoy, they're the only two that can be trusted to not fawk it up :D
