I heard that BLM is all tight about what they actually require to camp at the lake bed, ie no fires, charcoal BBQs, permits for large groups, and other little bs.

I know most just show up, camp, wheel, and go home, but is there any "actual" guidelines?

Im planning a large group outting and curious if I would run into any ranger problems.

If you're charging an entry fee... you need to get a permit. If you need a permit... you need insurance.

No glass, no fasteners (nails, screws, etc.) in your "firewood" , oops, forgot, no shooting except for shotguns .

I hate it when there's glass in my firewood.
