Just looked at the CalRocs schedule, the weekend of Aug 20-23 is a comp in Northern CA. I'm thinking of changing the Rubicon trip to follow the comp, maybe hit the trail the evening of the 23rd, and head home on the 26th or 27th. Any thoughts on this, because my buggy needs to be at the comp.

For the comp, I'd probably have to head up Thursday for Tech on Friday. Still plan on having John drive the buggy at the comp since I'll have been fresh off of 4 months of no wheeling. Figure go in to Little Sluice Sunday night, the 23rd. Then Buck, then Cadillac to the view, then work our way back out.

Okay, the comp would then be the 20-22nd of August. The CalRocs schedule only says Northern CA, so no real idea yet. It can't be too far from the comp site to the Rubicon anyway. If you left Saturday AM, you could also meet us at the comp site.

JRT has a point, if school has started for my kids than I will more than likely have to run earlier than 26th 27th
